Its flagship initiative, GameChangers, an excellence program and fellowship, along with a practicum internship and venture-building course, develops the next generation of leaders who turn ideas into scalable technologies to counter hate. Grounded in competition models, powered by research, and fed by real-world problems and partnership models with end users, InnovatED integrates solutions that make a measurable difference.
Morielle Lotan is the founder and CEO of ADIR. A strategist and innovation leader with deep ties to both the U.S. and Israel, Morielle founded ADIR to use technology and collaboration to combat antisemitism and hate while build lasting impact—honoring the legacy of her nephew, Addir Mesika Z”L.
